The Glorious Pre-Celebrations of Yugpurush Mahotsav on 1st November, 2017

As a prelude to the momentous Yugpurush Saardh Shatabdi Varsh Mahotsav, Pujya Gurudevshri gifted aspirants one more day of celebration. Thus, one more day of elevation and connection – as people gathered at the Ashram on Wednesday, 1st November for 2 phenomenal ceremonies:

The Grand Inauguration of the New Dining Complex

Pujya Gurudevshri’s immeasurable compassion, His farsighted vision and meticulous planning ensuring the wellbeing of seekers in every way have led to constant upgrading of the Ashram’s many facilities over the years. To accommodate the ever-increasing throng of seekers converging at the ashram, a new dining complex was inaugurated by the Master, in the morning, amidst the cheering of enthused devotees. Preceded by sevaks bearing the hallowed chitrapats of Lord Mahavir and Param Krupalu Dev Shrimad Rajchandraji, the beloved Sadguru inaugurated individual departments of this entire new structure.

Housing various sections related to food storage, preparation and serving, this wi-fi enabled complex also includes a designated dining area for visiting dignitaries. The state of art facility contains a total of 12 dining halls distributed on 2 levels in which 10,000 seekers can comfortably dine at one time. Several hi-tech machines have been introduced with the aim to efficiently reach up to the large crowds and to reduce manual labour.

Taking wise advantage of the powerful sun rays, the roof of the complex has been fitted with solar panels which will provide free power to the entire spiritual valley. Combining modern technology with in-house innovations, the complex is a perfect example of the amalgam of the Master’s immense grace and whole hearted dedication of the sevaks involved in this mammoth project.

The Amazing Atmarpit Mehendi Ceremony

Seekers were treated to a huge helping of inspiration as they gathered in the yajnasthal on this cool evening for the mehendi and pithi ceremony of the blessed soon to-be-Atmarpits. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as all eagerly awaited the names of the fortunate ones who were chosen by Pujya Gurudevshri to be a part of His spiritual family. The four devotional souls who were announced to be embracing Atmarpit diksha – Jivanarpit Shraddha Kothari from Belgium, Nagpur Youth Group member Shraddha Lunavat, Hridayarpit Purav Pipalia and Hridayarpit Pooja Turakhia, ascended the stage amongst a thundering applause.

An insightful skit titled ‘ The Journey of Hellen Keller’, one of the most influential people of the 20th century moved the assembly to tears. Afflicted by an illness which left her blind and deaf as an infant – her exemplary life was a product of her teacher’s unceasing efforts. Illustrating the journey of a seeker’s transformation from an aspirant to a renunciate to the metamorphosis of a worm picked up by a butterfly, an interview was conducted with the enthused to-be-Atmarpits. Unequivocally, in one voice they echoed their sentiments – that they were a result of their Master’s Grace.

Our Mystic Master had a wonderful surprise in store – a fifth to-be-Atmarpit was announced! He is the dedicated sevak who handles His Yatra arrangements, Jivanarpit Anniruddh Mehta! Spirits of seekers reached great heights as they beheld the stunned but glowing face of the surprised chosen one as He ascended the stage.

On this devout occasion parents of two to-be Atmarpits expressed their gratitude to the Master and blessed the novices. Excitement reached a crescendo as Pujya Gurudevshri applied mehendi, writing the sacred name ‘Raj’ on each of the 5 soldiers’ palms thus commencing their journey. He then proceeded to apply pithi on each one, as if beautifying them for their union with the Divine.

Thus, the day began with great devotion and ended on a high note too as seekers felt gratified to be in the presence of their benevolent Master and behold His serene countenance for these God-gifted hours. Heads bow to such lofty Beings whose limitless grace offer such precious opportunities of connection for one and all.
