Horizontally cut the cucumbers into two halves and scoop out its pulp. Stuff the mixture in these sliced cucumbers. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and add the remaining chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. Sauté it for a few minutes. Add 1⁄2 tablespoon cinnamon powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt.
