• You can register to stay at the Ashram from Sun, 7 Nov – Thu, 18 Nov through the link given above.
• You can arrive earliest on Sun, 7 Nov post dinner.
• Please mention your exact arrival and departure dates in the form.
• The form needs to be filled at least 48 hours before your arrival.
• Important: If you are not selected for the Kartik Purnima Mahotsav (Fri, 19th – Sun, 21st Nov), then you will need to leave from the Ashram on Wed, 17th Nov, post lunch.

• If you have a unit in the Ashram: We encourage those having a unit in Sadguru Prerna accommodation, to register and stay in their own unit.
• If you don’t have a unit in the Ashram:
  • You can arrange your stay at a friend’s/relative’s unit, or
  • Request stay from the Ashram in the registration form (charges can be viewed here).

You may opt for a meal package for the duration of your stay (Rs.250 per day) or choose to manage your own meals.

You can also buy daily meal passes, at least 24 hours in advance, from the Registration office at the Dining Complex. Passes will be given day-wise, and not for individual meals.

Note: Please make the payment for accommodation and meals at the Registration office immediately upon arrival.

• Double vaccination certificate: You may register to come to the Ashram only if you are double-vaccinated. This is applicable for individuals aged 18 and over. You will need to upload your double-vaccination certificate in the registration form.
• In addition, RTPCR Test for everyone (Age 3 and above): An RTPCR test will need to be taken maximum 72 hours prior to entry in the Ashram and the result of the same is required to be uploaded separately before your arrival. Tests prior to 72 hours will not be considered. Link for upload will be provided in selection mail.
• If you are bringing your helper along, he/she must meet the above mentioned criteria and registration must be done.
• Individuals with symptoms of fever, cough and cold should refrain from applying or coming to the Ashram even if selected. We request such applicants to cancel their registration. Click here to cancel your registration.

• An N95 mask to be worn properly everywhere in the public areas of the Ashram.
• For the safety of our spiritual community, once you are inside the Ashram, you will not be permitted to go outside the Ashram premises till your departure.
• Please maintain social distancing and practice frequent handwashing.

• If you need to cancel your registration for any reasons other than reasons related to Covid-19, then kindly cancel your registration at least 3 days prior to your arrival by clicking here.
• If you cancel within 3 days prior to the date of your arrival, then you will be liable to pay the charges for accommodation and meals.

What is the criteria for taking a Covid test report ?

The criteria are given below.

• Visit an ICMR or NABL approved lab.
• Confirm with your lab that the test checks for any 2 genes. There are many genes, such as the N gene, S gene, Orf gene, Rdrp gene, etc.

• Ensure you get an RT-PCR test done and submit results before coming to the Ashram.
• The test results should be from the last 72 hours before you enter the ashram.

Can I leave the Ashram for a short period of time ?

Once you are inside the Ashram, you will not be permitted to go outside the Ashram premises till your departure.

Will I automatically be selected after registration since I have a unit in the Ashram?

Since the total number of people coming to the Ashram have to be as per Government Covid-19 regulations there is a selection criteria for all applicants. If selected, you will be informed via email by the Ashram Registration Team.

Can I stay at a society in Dharampur town and attend Ashram events?

No.

How will I get essential items like milk and vegetables in the Ashram?

There is a provision of a grocery store within the Ashram selling essential items.

Will there be other essential facilities like medical and laundry at the Ashram?

Yes. A medical clinic and laundry services will be provided at the Ashram.

Can I stay with my friend who has opted for an Ashram Unit ?

Yes you can select the option of managing stay on your own provided your friend has been selected and has opted for Ashram Stay except for dormitory stay.
