SRMD Yoga Courses SRMD Yoga offers three levels of courses – Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, which are conducted in 5 languages – English, Gujarati, Hindi, French, and Spanish and can be organised in-person or online. SRMD Yoga – Level 1A 3-Day Basic Course helps participants imbibe the basics of asana, pranayama and meditation practice in daily life. The emphasis is on physical and mental wellbeing. SRMD Yoga – Level 2The 5-Day Intermediate Course helps participants to bring their minds into a state of focus through guided practices by connecting with five core elements of nature– Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. SRMD Yoga’s initiatives for International Day of Yoga, 2021 were supported by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. International Day of Yoga June 21 is celebrated as the International Day of Yoga. Commemorating the occasion Pujya Gurudevshri joined in for a virtual yoga session organised by Barfi Bootcamp. Barfi Bootcamp is a workout group in London, founded by fitness enthusiasts and certified personal trainers Anish Mehta and Jaineel Shah. Adhering to the COVID norms of masking and social distancing, devotees at the Ashram participated in the virtual yoga session with the Master. SRMD Yoga Teams conducted sessions on this day for the associated Embassies, Corporates and Institutions around the world.
