Devotional Durgapur | 6 January The Master was accorded a joyous welcome upon landing at the Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport in Durgapur. Adarsh Sheth was His blessed host. Perfect amalgam of a metro’s energy and a small town’s charm, Durgapur is the third largest urban agglomeration after Kolkata and Asansol in West Bengal and third planned city after the independence of India. A connecting pratishtha at the residence of Adarsh Sheth cemented the Lord in his heart and house. Pujya Gurudevshri lovingly interacted with and guided Durgapur aspirants after the pratishtha ceremony. The Sadguru venerated Tirthankar Bhagwan at Shree Vimalnath Jain Shwetambar Trust Mandir. Blissful Bokaro | 7 – 8 January Pujya Gurudevshri arrived on His premier dharmayatra to the Bokaro Steel City, to galvanise seekers on the inward journey. Located on the banks of river Damodar, the city is one of the largest producers of steel and iron in the country and is surrounded by green areas full of beautiful lakes and parks. Rahul-Shruti Sheth were His delighted hosts. A charming traditional Chao dance of Jharkhand was performed by the tribal people to welcome the Master. He endearingly met with aspirants of the city. Pujya Gurudevshri’s pravachan at the Rotary Club blessed the gathering with practical and transformative tips to lead a meaningful life. Little children from Shrimad Rajchandra Divinetouch welcomed the Sadguru with dances prior to the pravachan. The Sadguru was felicitated by leading members of Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh, Chas, Bokaro – President Shri Kiranbhai Batavia, Secretary Shri Jayantbhai Sheth and Treasurer Shri Kamalbhai Sanghvi. The Sadguru’s affable padhramanis included one to the abode of Jayantbhai-Bhawanaben Sheth, Secretary of Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh, Chas, Bokaro. Kind Kolkata | 9 – 12 January Excited Kolkata seekers accorded a heartfelt welcome to Pujya Gurudevshri upon His arrival from Bokaro Steel City. Ashwin-Rupa Desai were His overjoyed hosts. The Master’s 2 invigorating pravachans at S.V. Social Welfare Foundation inspired seekers to imbibe the wisdom of the Omniscient Ones, cultivate detachment from the temporal body and experience oneness with the Eternal Self. Devotees supporting the Mission and its benevolent activities were blessed to receive a memento from the pious hands of Pujya Gurudevshri. Several seekers, including Ex-President of Kolkata Stock Exchange, Shri Kamalbhai-Kumudiniben Parekh; President of NGO Manav Jyot, Shri Arunbhai-Rekhaben Khanderia, were blessed with the Sadguru’s padhramanis. Hearts were wrapped in exhilaration during pratishthas at the abodes of President of S.V. A connecting session by Atmarpit Nemiji recharged devotees to earnestly tread the path of devotion and selfless service. The Master compassionately met and guided seekers coming from all over East India – Kolkata, Dhanbad, Guwahati and Jamshedpur centres imbuing them with His pragmatic wisdom. Yoga session with the Master rejuvenated everyone. Through an exciting games session by Atmarpit Nemiji, the group picked up lessons that would help them in all walks of life, and in sadhana and seva. Mumukshus beamed with jubilation at the wonderful opportunity to offer dedications at the Master’s Lotus Feet. On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary on January 12, an absorbing skit based on the relationship between him and his Guru Shri Ramakrishna Paramahansa inspired the audience. Members of Kolkata Youth Group adoringly offered ayambils, khamasamanas, jaaps and maun for the upcoming Dharampur Tirth Ashtahnika Pratishtha Mahotsav. Pujya Gurudevshri also launched Sahebji’s Cricket Club in Kolkata for the youth and autographed a cricket bat. The Master embarked on an outing with the Kolkata Youth Group and the Kolkata Study Group to the Eco Park. The ecological park comprises of various attractions like themed gardens, man-made lake, musical fountain show, and others. The park also has a depiction of the Seven Wonders of the World. Devotees visited each of the wonder with the greatest wonder of their lives, their beloved Sadguru. Beautiful bhakti by the Kolkata Study Group members connected everyone to the Divine. Aligning lives of East India devotees towards a mighty inner mission, the Sadguru showered them with gifts of pious moments and priceless memories before departing for Mumbai.
