Mix well. Shape out rolls of this mixture and coat them with cornflakes. Deep fry these coated rolls. For Dry Chilli Hummus Crush the soaked dry red chillies till it becomes a fine paste. Add water if necessary. Mix the crushed chickpeas, chilli paste, hung curd, mixed herbs, oil and salt till it attains uniform consistency. For the Wraps Mix flour, oil and salt to form dough. Knead well and add chilli flakes to this dough. Roll out medium thick tortillas and semi cook them in a pan. Assembly Spread dry chilli hummus on the tortillas and place the fried rolls in centre.
