The Spiritualtouch Winter Retreat 2017!

The Spiritualtouch Winter Retreat saw children soar in spirit and rise in confidence and contentment as they experienced a spectrum of activities ranging from interactive study, passionate seva and devotional offerings.

The Retreat began with a sublime inauguration ceremony and children made creative decorations to commemorate Christmas. The schedules of the seventh to twelfth grade children were full of intense learning, inner growth and merriment. Children learnt about and appreciated the Life and Works of Param Krupalu Dev. They thoroughly rejoiced in the study of revered compositions like Shri Atmasiddhi Shastra, Apurva Avsar, Hey Prabhu!, Yamniyam, Kshamapna and more.

In addition to preparing their bodies for the day through yoga and aerobics, the children also took part in games, meditation and activities which worked on improving life skills and mental nourishment. Children were introduced to rural activities at Shrimad Rajchandra Jivamaitridham, like learning how to make huts, ghee, farming crops and much more.

During the evening celebrations, children revelled in the presence of Pujya Gurudevshri. One evening, heartfelt offerings were followed with a rapturous celebration of Christmas through various performances. The following evening, the children presented energetic dedications, which included an experience sharing by Simran Mehta, skits and dances by the children from numerous centres. A notable skit, ‘Making a Difference,’ was performed by Divinetouch Pune, which shared the value of helping those in need, changing someone’s world with selfless actions.

Furthermore, a Winter Camp was created especially for the children of Dharampur. Atmarpit Nemiji conducted an inspiring and connecting session for them. They also relished value-based learning, designed to nurture the mind, body and soul and sessions on making caps and bubble machines.

Thus, the Spiritualtouch Retreat gave the children passion and perseverance to lead life for a higher purpose.

#SadguruWhispers Focus on the Guru's abidance in the pure Self during every activity. He remains a witness while appearing as a doer.
