Chimtai (Chana Paratha) Try the Chimtai – Parathas loaded with the richness of Brown Chick Peas Print Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour 1⁄2 cup soaked, boiled and crushed brown chick peas (lal chana) 4 tsp red chilli powder 3⁄4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) Garam masala to taste Chaat masala to taste Salt to taste Oil for cooking Water Method Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into soft dough, using enough water. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into circles of 5 inch diameter. Cook on a tava, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
