Charotar Tirthyatra 2018

The embodiment of selfless service, Pujyashri Ambalalbhai attained great spiritual heights through his fervent devotion for Param Krupalu Dev. During Paryushan Parva 2018, devotees – young and old, in India and abroad; elevated themselves through the Master’s enthralling pravachans on Patrank – 454 addressed to Pujyashri Ambalalbhai and other aspirants of Khambhat. Augmenting the Paryushan spirit the Master along with seekers visited several places in the Charotar area on September 20-21.

With a reverential heart the Sadguru arrived at Pujyashri Ambalalbhai’s house in Khambhat which Param Krupalu Dev had sanctified with His presence several times. A connecting bhakti brought to the fore Pujya Gurudevshri’s adoration for the Divine. The group was blessed to touch the swing graced by Param Krupalu Dev Himself. Initiating the youth as Raj Sevaks, the Sadguru sprinkled the holy water from the well of the house from which Param Krupalu Dev drank water. The group then visited the Jinmandir where Param Krupalu Dev often went with Pujyashri Ambalalbhai to worship the Lord. Pujya Gurudevshri visited Pujyashri Ambalalbhai’s office too where devotees were left awestruck by a beautiful painting of Param Krupalu Dev done by Pujyashri Ambalalbhai.

At Khambhat, Pujya Gurudevshri also went to Raj Chhaya, where Param Krupalu Dev had resided and blessed seekers with discourses. Imbuing the group with deep piety was a visit to Shri Subodhak Pustakalay where they venerated a copy of Patrank – 454 in Param Krupalu Dev’s handwriting. Devotees witnessed a cot graced by Param Krupalu Dev along with a letter by Param Krupalu Dev which Pujyashri Ambalalbhai had copied. They also saw one of the four original copies of Shri Atmasiddhi Shastra made by Pujyashri Ambalalbhai.

Pujya Gurudevshri was accorded a grand welcome by the trustees of the Vadva Ashram. The group expressed their adulation for the Lord with chaityavandan. A memorable bhakti ensued. Heartfelt obeisance was offered at the Raj Kutir where Param Krupalu Dev had stayed. The Raj Kutir hosts His life-sized idol pointing towards the place that is now Vadva Ashram. Reminiscing Param Krupalu Dev’s exalted state the Master revered His Lotus Feet at Raj Bodh Smruti where Param Krupalu Dev would bless devotees with sweet nectar-like discourses.

At Ralaj, the devotees visited Shrimad Rajchandra Smruti Sthal, the place having the honour of witnessing Param Krupalu Dev compose four timeless pieces – ‘Hey Prabhu Hey Prabhu’, ‘Yam Niyam’, ‘Jinvar Kahe Chhe’ and ‘Jad Bhave, Jad Pariname’. The Master also went to Shrimad Rajchandra Karuna Vrusthi Smarak (Parsi Bungalow) where Param Krupalu Dev had resided for 10 days.

In an ambience of mutual affection and warmth Pujya Gurudevshri had a loving interaction with Pujya Swami Tadrupanand Saraswatiji at the Manan Ashram in Bharuch. The Sadguru expressed His love and devotion for the Lord with Jinpuja at Shri Manilaxmi Tirth near Vadodara.

The most memorable moment of the yatra arrived when Pujya Gurudevshri graced the residence of Nileshbhai Shah with a joyous padhramani. With utmost piousness the Master accepted an original handwritten letter of Param Krupalu Dev gifted by Nileshbhai Shah and his family. The venerable Patra was welcomed with throbbing enthusiasm at the Ashram.

As the yatra culminated all that seekers yearned for was to imbibe and inculcate the one pointed devotion that Pujyashri Ambalalbhai had for Param Krupalu Dev.

#SadguruWhispers Courage is an essential virtue for a seeker, as the inward journey is unknown and unfamiliar.
